MARSHALL NAMED IN SCOTLAND SQUAD
CITY goalkeeper David Marshall has been called into George Burley's first Scotland squad to face Croatia on March 26.
The 23-year-old is one of three goalkeepers chosen by the new national manager for the friendly match.
Sunderland's Craig Gordon and Rangers' Allan McGregor have also been named in the 26-man squad.
Marshall's call-up follows the 'keeper's recent rating as the second best custodian in the Championship according to the Actim Index, with only Bristol City's Adrian Basso earning more performance points.
He is one of only two Norwich players in the top 100 of the Actim Index, the official rankings system for players in the Championship, with defender Jon Otsemobor in 65th place.
Marshall will be hoping to impress Burley enough in the coming weeks to earn a starting place when the Scots begin their World Cup qualifying campaign in September.
