Alan WoodAlan Wood
Alan's job is to constantly monitor and watch players within the Premiership and the football league.
Alan then liases with the managerial staff with his findings, and from there on interests in players can be pursued.

Alan was appointed Norwich's Chief Scout on May 17th 2001, replacing Canary legend Duncan Forbes. Alan played for Bristol City and Hereford before injury cut his playing career short.

He managed non-leaguers Cheltenham and Bromsgrove before returning to Hereford as coach. He later joined Exeter as a Chief Scout and then followed Terry Cooper to Bristol City and Birmingham, performing the same role. Mike Walker took Alan with him to Everton as a match assessor and then signed him again in that role when Walker returned to Norwich.

Neal ReynoldsNeal Reynolds
Neal is a fully chartered physiotherapist and has a wealth of experience having worked at West Bromwich Albion and Oxford United. Neal is Tim Sheppard's successor.


Dave CarolanDave Carolan
Dave Carolan is now in his ninth season as Sports Scientist at NCFC.

With a Masters Degree in Sports Science and the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist qualificiation, not to mention experience as a sports performer (Rugby Youth International for Ireland) and coach, the blend of knowledge and experience is benefitting both the current squad of players, and the players of the future.

Dave is involved in the day-to-day and long term planning of player's conditioning levels at pro and Academy levels, match and video analysis, sports science support and assisting the physios with player rehabilitation.


Colin WattsColin Watts
Colin's job is to identify young talent, between the ages of 9 and 19. The job also involves organising scouting, watching local teams and local schools, liasing with other Premiership and Football League teams and assisting in player development.


Dr Peter HarveyDr Peter Harvey
Dr Peter Harvey is the Club Doctor and closely liases with the physiotherapists on player injuries. He is on hand to give second opinions and the time scale of injuries. Dr Harvey can also give an accurate indication as to what surgery or treatment an injured player may need.
