The softly spoken Scot was a bargain buy from St Mirren in January 2007 and scored arguably Norwich's most important goal of the season with his stoppage time free kick at Luton. Dangerous from set-plays and neat and tidy in possession, Lappin's addition to the squad gives City a more balanced look and frees-up Darren Huckerby to play in a more advanced role. A Scottish U21 international, Lappin will be hoping to add some senior caps to his collection while at Carrow Road.
