The young Fulham right back joined the Canaries in July 2008 on a season-long loan.
Omozusi, an England U19 international made his Fulham debut in September 2006 at Craven Cottage in the second round Carling Cup defeat to Wycombe Wanderers as a substitute.
His full debut came only a few months later in the FA Cup draw at The Walkers Stadium against Leciester City.
Elliot or 'Junior' as he is known, has made 11 Cottagers appearances to date including against Champions Manchester United at Old Trafford.
