Q: What was it like to make your debut in front a 25,000 plus crowd in the FA Cup against West Ham? Jonathon Block, Lowestoft

MICHAEL: It was really exciting. What made it even more special was that it was against West Ham, a team I supported as a boy and had gone to see many times.

Q: Is there one particular part of your game that you are concentrating on improving, and what do you consider is your best position in the ideal 4-4-2 team balance? Nigel Barnard, Norfolk

MICHAEL: At the moment I'm spending a lot of time on my heading. I don't really have a position that I consider to be my best, I'm happy to play anywhere.

Q: Which player dead or alive has inspired you the most?
Natalie Smith, Bury St. Edmunds.

MICHAEL: Paolo Di Canio. I saw him play at West Ham, He was so skillful and some of the goals he scored were ridiculous.

Q: How did it feel playing in last season's East Anglian derby at Carrow Road? Joseph Stewart, Diss

MICHAEL: It was a good experience. Obviously the result was 1-1, and I felt we could have won it. You get an extra buzz from the crowd on derby day. I came off after about 60 minutes and I was absolutely exhausted.

Q: Recently you have been playing as the reserve team captain how well do you think you are playing this role? And do you enjoy the extra pressure? Matthew Ellis, Gorleston

MICHAEL: I like being captain. When I'm away with Ireland I'm the captain, and I like the extra responsibility. Obviously you have to play well and repay the manager for showing faith in you.

Q: Pro Evo or Fifa? Dominic, Old Buckenham

MICHAEL: Pro Evo by a mile, I play it on my PS3.

Q: Who would you most like to play in the centre of midfield with? Marcus Lusher, King's Lynn

MICHAEL: I would love to play with Alonso from Liverpool

Q: What's your favourite tv show? Tim Wakefield, Norwich

MICHAEL: My favourite at the moment is Family Guy, it's really funny.

Q: How did it feel when you won your first international cap? Chris, Attleborough

MICHAEL: It was good, not just for me but for my family as well because of my Irish background so I was really happy for them.
