No questions were raised on the update reports sent with the meeting agenda. Forthcoming meetings are planned for the Long Distance, Disabled and Away Matchday Working Groups. The next Young Supporters Working Group meeting is to be rescheduled after tonight's meeting was postponed.

Pricing

The Pricing Working Groups recommendations for the 2008-09 season were fully presented and discussed.

Communications

J. Ferrari outlined the Working Group's key objectives.

A format is to be created to extend editorial input from SCG members for the SCG section on www.canaries.co.uk and progress has been made on producing an SCG contact e-mail address.

The WG will also discuss a number of serious issues regarding the NCFC bulletin board on www. www.canaries.co.uk

A couple of points regarding Club communication were raised:

J. Trivett felt the Academy information section on www.canaries.co.uk should be increased to have up-to-date fixtures and results. The dates of some players are incorrect. J. Ferrari replied that the Academy section had increased recently with profiles but that more could be done.

The inclusion of 'The Canaries' on Saturday in the pre-match music was welcomed by several members.

5. ANY OTHER BUSINESS

Movers and Shakers

It was suggested that there should be further opportunities for people to be able to move season ticket seats earlier and not just at the annual end of season movers and shakers week.

One suggestion is use of a bulletin board or renewal forms to express interest in moving and the area where a supporter wished to relocate.

Away support

J. Whitwood wondered whether there was any commitment by clubs to stop the increasing trend of dropping away attendances throughout football. A. Cullen said there were currently few incentives for clubs to sell away tickets to their supporters but that there was a concern that the impact of diminishing away attendances would have a negative impact on the atmosphere at grounds.

The travel experience was also cited as an issue - including problems with train networks especially at weekends and the inconsistency of police forces in treatment of away fans. The Football League sees this as a critical issue and a FL working party chaired by A. Cullen is exploring the issue tasked with developing a series of recommendations.

England games

J. Whitwood asked that if the Club were to be relegated consideration to kick-off times when England and Norwich games clash would need to be given.

Scouting

J. Woodrow wanted to understand how the current Club scouting system works after recently being questioned on the subject by a supporter. N. Doncaster explained the current process and possible future developments.

Pre-match build-up

J. Tilson asked if any thought had been given to changing the run-out music on matchdays. Several people agreed that Kasabian's 'Club Foot' was not proving a popular choice. The pre-match build-up generally was being reviewed after the management change and A Cullen was asked by the Chairman to review the whole matchday build up and music.

6. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

The next full SCG meeting to take place on March 3, 2008.

7. FOOTBALL MATTERS

The following matters were discussed:

· Several members regularly attend Club Academy matches. It was felt key injuries had disrupted the season so far but that the number of defeats and possible shortage of quality players was an area of concern. Comment was also made on whether young players many of whom are living away from home and under the pressures of progressing into the professional game require more mentoring to avoid depression and anxiety. N. Doncaster said that these concerns would be forwarded through to the relevant people.

· N. Doncaster was asked about the purchase of land and investment in off-the-field projects such as office space. He replied that the offices in the Jarrold Stand are rented to two well-established organisations at profit to the Club. Riverside land purchased by the Club (Phase Two development) has obtained detailed planning consent and it is hoped this land will be sold for development.

· There is a perception that the Club is not looking for outward investment and that Delia and Michael have an 'unhealthy controlling' majority shareholding of the Club. N. Doncaster reiterated again what Delia and Michael have said on several occasions, most recently at the AGM, that the Club would welcome external investment. Delia and Michael's intentions to this football club are not financially or selfishly motivated.

· Neil Doncaster provided clarification on the current goalkeeping positions at the Club and the rationale behind the recruitment of John Hartson by caretaker manager Jim Duffy.
