PLAYING FOR SUCCESS
THERE was plenty of Christmas Cheer in the air as the Study Centre completed their Playing for Success (PfS) term in style with a successful week of presentations.
Valley Primary, George White Junior, West Earlham Junior, Alpington Primary, St Thomas More Junior, Stalham Junior, Rosemary Musker High and Larkman Primary all sent pupils along for the term, which culminated with 8 separate presentation evenings in club 101 in early December.
Throughout the term the pupils worked on several activities in the Centre, such as Fantasy Football, story writing and interviewing a Norwich City Player.
Jeremy Goss presented the certificates in his role as Community Ambassador: "The children have worked very hard during their time at the Study Centre and should be proud of their achievements. I'd also like to take this opportunity to applaud the staff for their own hard work and commitment on the project".
After a well earned Christmas break, the Study Centre staff will be looking forward to beginning the programme again with a new set of schools in the first week of January.
